How do I book a session?
Bookings are made directly on our website at hivegolf.us.
What are your hours?
Members and public bookings are able to access our facility 24/7 using the Pro Data Key app. Bookings must be made online prior to showing up to the space.
How do I access the lounge?
After booking you will receive an email directing you to download the Pro Data Key app. With the app you will be able to access the facility up to 10 minutes prior to your booked time. This is done by enabling the apps bluetooth access or by opening the app directly near the doors keypad.
Do you offer a free intro?
Yes! We offer a free thirty minute swing session to familiarize new customers to the Trackman simulator.
How do I get into the computer?
Instructions for logging into the computer can be found next to each monitor. Computer PIN= 3253
Can I bring guests?
Yes! Each booking allows for 3 additional guests (Bays are limited to 4 people). If you are looking to accommodate a larger group, please contact our event coordinator at hivegolf@hivegolf.us.
Is there food or beverage available?
Food and beverage is not available for purchase at this time, however customers are welcome to bring outside food and beverage. Please clean up after yourself. (Alcoholic beverages are not permitted due to Utah liquor laws).
Do I need to turn on or restart the Trackman?
The Trackman simulator should be ON and ready to go. If you need help resetting the Trackman for any reason, please follow the directions on the video link below.

What is the policy if I accidentally damage something?
Customers are responsible for any damages caused by misuse. Please report any incidents to staff immediately.
Where should customers park?
The best place for parking and the most direct access is on the west side of the building, next to the Einsteins Bagel. The entrance can be found to your left behind the Sinclair and up the white ramp.
Do you provide rental clubs?
Hive Golf does not have club rentals at this time.

Do I need special shoes or clothing?
Clean sneakers or golf shoes without spikes are required. Casual golf or athletic attire is fine.
Does your facility offer lessons?
Yes. Lessons are available upon request with our in house golf pros.
